Welcome to Overview Labs. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI development and consulting services.

1. Service Agreement

Overview Labs provides AI development and consulting services to businesses and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to custom AI solutions, web development, and strategic consulting.

1.1 Service Delivery

All services are delivered according to the agreed timeline and specifications outlined in your project agreement:

• Consultation and requirements gathering: 1-2 days
• Planning and strategy development: 3-5 days
• Development and implementation: 6-12 days
• Testing, delivery, and support: 13-14 days

1.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. We typically require:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• Remaining 50% upon project completion
• Additional work billed at agreed hourly rates

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed solutions. Overview Labs retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained during projects.

2.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary systems and data for project completion.

3. Limitation of Liability

Overview Labs' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and data. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information handling practices.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work will be delivered, and payments will be prorated accordingly.
